How do I make a purchase?First, view the gifts offered. They are listed by category on the left side of the screen. Choose the item that you would like to send and add them to your shopping cart. When finished, please click on (Checkout), located at the top of the screen. Log into your account if have already registered. If not, please register for a new account. You will have to fill in the fields with your personal information as requested. After you register, you will be in possession of an Address book in which you can save up to 5 different shipping addresses. Compose a personal note to go with your gift. Undertake payment via your Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard) through the safe site. What are the shipping fees?Domestic shipping cost per item US$ 15.00 shipping fees to each order within Syria. All our worldwide international shipping by Express Mail Courier. The cost is: The first 0.500kg will be US$ 20.00 , Each extra 0.500kg will be an additional US$ 8.00 Is it possible to send gifts anywhere in Syria?Some of the gifts can be shipped anywhere in Syria, others are restricted to certain areas. As a rule, you can view available shipping destinations for each gift at the bottom of the gift description page. How long does it take to receive one of your gifts?All our shipping is handled using Aramex. - Delivery to Syria should be within 24-72 hours not counting weekends and Syrian public holidays. - International Delivery should be within 8-12 working days not counting weekends and Syrian public holidays. You can specify a certain delivery date in the Notes section. The delivery can be at any time within the day. (that has to be done at least 72 hours before submitting your order). Order confirmation delivery emails are sent out to the customer when the item has been dispatched. Is it possible to send a gift without identifying the name of the sender?With all purchases, the identity of the sender has to be made known to the recipient. What will happen if the gift is refused? Is it possible to get a refund?We do not issue refunds for the item or delivery charges should a gift be refused. Is it possible to get a refund if the gift could not be delivered?A refund will apply only if the gift is not available. We will not issue a refund if: - The recipient refuses the gift. - The recipient is on a trip or not at home. - The inability to call the recipient due to wrong phone number or the phone is out-of-order. I do not have the phone number for the gift recipient, but I have the address, would this be sufficient?Unfortunately, we cannot send any gift unless we have the phone number of the recipients as we phone them before delivering the gift. |
